We can design all types of buckle and metal articles in accordance with the requirements of our customers. Customers receive a high quality product and participate in its preparation by being inregular contact with our technical office where we use the latest CAD technology to design and mechanise the buckle moulds in a very short time frame.
By using the Powershape and Powermill programmes of DELCAM we can create any design that you send us, either from scratch or from a physical sample or drawing. Once the design is complete, we can, through our mechanised centre and electroerosion machines, manufacture the requisite mould to enable us to produce your articles with a high level of precisionand within a very short time frame.
